EXTRACTIONS VESSEL

Working capacity 2000lt, double jacket, steam heated, maceration typed, combined with in line extruder and filtration system.

Produces plant extractions with different solvents. Maximum Capacity 1000lt of extract of 0,5-2% total solids, per 5 shifts.

PILOT PERCOLATOR

Pilot unit of percolator with working capacity of 2X50lt.

EVAPORATOR

Working capacity 300lt, combined with in line vacuum vessel. Increase extractions concentration by vaporization under vacuum and mild temperature. Maximum Capacity 80-100lt of evaporated solvent, per hour.
